CNWL Framework

We deliver resilient services for medical facilities throughout the Central & North West London NHS Foundation Trust’s estate. This framework commenced in 2006 and continues to date.

It is our aim to deliver state-of-the-art solutions for the Trust that can be maintained in a live environment in a cost-effective way. Our designs are responsive to the latest medical and technological advances, and robust enough to meet the changing demands of their on-going requirements.

Throughout the period of this contract we have provided mechanical, electrical, public health and lift design services for both new build and refurbishment projects.

The trust have also benefited from our considerable expertise in undertaking detailed condition, due diligence and dilapidation surveys, as well as monitoring of installations. Our knowledge of current benchmarks, specifications and supply chain performance criteria in this specialised field is extensive, and we present the observations of every survey in a concise report with recommended solutions.

HEALTHCARE

No industry sector requires consistent standards, faultless execution, and updates more than healthcare. Anticipating the future patient’s needs and understanding technology trends are essential when designing and futureproofing healthcare facilities.

Our experience in this sector covers design solutions within the whole range of acute, primary care, care home and research facilities.

At SVM, we understand that new holistic perceptions of health and wellbeing are placing more importance than ever on appealing building design which delivers healing and therapeutic conditions.
